Second asylum seeker boat intercepted

Authorities have intercepted a second boat off the West Australian coast on Friday.
Customs and Border Protection officers with help from the Australian Federal Police intercepted the boat carrying 15 suspected asylum seekers at Cocos (Keeling) Islands on Friday afternoon.
The passengers will be transferred to Christmas Island where immigration department officials will conduct initial security, health and identity checks.
